Shipping Policy

We ship across India through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier network.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Prepaid orders ship first; Cash on Delivery orders ship after we confirm them.
• Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode.
• You can check delivery time for your pincode on the product page and at checkout.

Charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 or more.
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 shipping.
• Cash on Delivery: ₹99 handling fee, shown before you place the order. You pay ₹99 of the total online to confirm the order and the rest in cash on delivery.

Tracking

We send your tracking link by WhatsApp and email when your order ships. You can also use our Track order page.

Delays and failed delivery

Couriers may be delayed by weather, strikes or remote locations. If a delivery fails three times or a COD order is refused, the parcel returns to us; prepaid orders are then refunded minus the shipping cost.
