Privacy Policy

Deloura Lifescience LLP ("we") runs this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect and why, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

What we collect

• Order details: name, phone, email, delivery address and the products you buy.
• Payment status from our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details.
• Device and usage data such as pages viewed, collected through cookies, only with your consent for analytics and advertising.
• If you join the Deloura Partner Programme: what you tell us on the form (occupation, city, social profile links), and after approval your UPI ID and, where tax law needs it, your PAN.
• If you apply as a creator: your profile links, the numbers you share, and public statistics for those profiles from YouTube’s and Instagram’s official APIs.
• If you answer a survey: your answers, and contact details only if you choose to give them.

Each of these forms shows a short notice of what it collects and why before you agree. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your order, and to issue GST invoices.
• To send order updates by WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• To send offers, only if you opt in. You can opt out any time.
• To measure and improve our website and ads, only if you accept cookies.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the store: Cashfree Payments (payments), Shiprocket and its couriers (delivery), our email and WhatsApp providers, hosting providers, and, with your consent, Google and Meta for analytics and advertising. If you use a Deloura partner’s code or link, that partner sees your first name and last initial, your city and your order’s progress, so they know their recommendation reached you; never your phone, email or address. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records, and partner commission and payout records, are kept for as long as tax law requires (currently 8 years). Creator applications are kept for 2 years after the last collaboration, and survey answers for up to 2 years. Marketing data is deleted when you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance by writing to contact@deloura.co. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. We respond within the time the law requires, and you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
