Deloura Partner Programme: Partner Terms

These terms apply between you and Deloura Lifescience LLP ("Deloura") when you join the Deloura Partner Programme, including creators who choose to earn with their own code from the creator collaboration form. By registering you confirm you are 18 or older and have read them. We will share any change at least 15 days before it applies to you.

Joining

• Joining is free. There is no joining, registration or renewal fee, no deposit, no stock to buy and no sales target.
• You register with your mobile number, verified by OTP. We review every account, usually within 2 working days, and can approve or decline it. You can pick your code while you wait; it goes live once your account is approved.
• Buying anything is never a condition of joining or earning.
• You earn only from purchases made with your codes. Nobody earns anything for bringing in other partners; this is not a multi-level or chain scheme.
• We can decline, pause or close an account that breaks these terms, with reasons.

Your coupon codes

• You can create your own coupon codes in the dashboard, up to the number shown there. A code has 4 to 15 letters and numbers and starts with a letter. It must be unique, must not look like an official Deloura offer (for example start with DELOURA, WELCOME or FREE), and must not be offensive or use someone else’s brand or name. We can pause a code that breaks these rules.
• Customers who use your code get the discount shown in your dashboard, and you earn the commission shown there for each delivered purchase.
• Earnings are confirmed a few days after delivery (shown in your dashboard). Cancelled, returned, refunded or fraudulent orders don’t earn. You can’t use your own code.
• We pay confirmed earnings to your UPI ID once they reach ₹500 (or the lower minimum shown in your dashboard). Earnings below the minimum carry forward. We deduct TDS where the Income-tax Act requires it and give you the TDS certificate.
• Free jar: one per partner, sent to the address in your dashboard. Creators with a good following may get it on approval, at our discretion. Everyone else gets it once 2 orders made with their codes are delivered (or the number shown in your dashboard); your own delivered purchase on deloura.co counts as one of them. It is for your own use and content, and is not for resale.
• If an order is later returned, refunded or found to be fraudulent, we can deduct its commission from your next payout.
• We may change the shopper discount, the commission or the payout rules for future orders, and will tell you at least 15 days before. Orders already placed keep the commission shown when they were placed.
• Bulk purchases are not part of the programme and are agreed separately.

How you promote Deloura

• Describe our products honestly and only make claims printed on the pack or our website. No medical or cure claims.
• When you post about Deloura on social media, add a clear label such as “Ad”, “Affiliate” or “Collaboration”, as ASCI’s influencer guidelines and the Consumer Protection Act require.
• Don’t spam, buy ads on our brand name, or post your code on coupon or cashback websites. Identify yourself as an independent Deloura partner, not an employee.
• Your dashboard shows each buyer’s first name, last initial and city. Use it only to thank people you already know; contact details stay with us, and you can remind a shopper only through the dashboard.
• Don’t create fake orders, order with your own code through family or friends to earn on your own purchases, or offer shoppers cash back from your commission.

Ending the partnership

You can leave any time by writing to contact@deloura.co. We can pause or end an account that breaks these terms. Confirmed earnings are still paid after you leave.

Complaints

Contact our grievance officer (see the Grievance page). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Ahmedabad.
