How we use your details

What we collect: your name, mobile number, email, city, state and pincode, what you do, the social profiles you share and your answers on this form. Later: your UPI ID, and PAN when tax law needs it for commission payouts.

Why: to verify you, contact you about the programme, run your partner account (your discount codes, commissions and payouts) and meet our tax and accounting duties.

How long: while your partner account is open, then for up to 8 years only where tax and accounting law requires it.

We don’t sell your data. You can withdraw consent, see, correct or delete your data any time by writing to contact@deloura.co, as easily as you gave it. Complaints go to our grievance officer, and you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Full details in our privacy policy.
