Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by writing to contact@deloura.co or WhatsApp. Prepaid orders are refunded in full.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned. You can return unopened products with the seal intact within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, expired or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or unboxing video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and arrange pickup at no cost.

Refunds

• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer to an account you share with us. The online advance goes back to the card, UPI or bank account it was paid from.
• Shipping and COD fees are refundable only when the problem was ours.
